FREE Ground Shipping on Purchases over $99.99
Ground Shipping inside the lower continental United States (except for oversized and/or overweight items which can include some keyboards, guitars, cases, drum sets and PA equipment, etc.). Shipments are processed via UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Orders are only processed on normal business days (M-F excluding holidays). Orders for in-stock items placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the next business day. Please allow up to 5-6 working days for ground shipment delivery. Overweight and oversized items include but are not limited to: selected power amplifiers, powered and large mixers, PA Systems, guitar amps, keyboards, speaker cabinets and monitors, electronic and acoustic drum sets. In-Store Pick Up Information
In-Stock items are available for pick up-within 24 hours or the next business day. You will be notified via email when your item is available for pick up. If your item is not in stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified via email when your order is processed and when it arrives at the store.
Currently www.davephillipsmusicstore.com can only immediately process orders within the contiguous 48 United States. Please contact us about shipping to Alaska/Hawaii and internationally.
Please inspect all contents in package and contact us within 7 days of receipt if an item is defective, damaged or missing from your shipment. We will pay shipping charges on the return for a new replacement of any item that is a result of our error or deemed defective by manufacturer tech support. The replacement product will ship as soon as it is available by the same shipping service that was selected for the original purchase. Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return an item for a refund. Products must be returned with all original contents, including any and all manuals, warranty cards and outer packaging. If a refund is requested, please obtain a Return Authorization for instructions to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for freight and insurance on returned items that are tested to be in normal working condition. If you wish to cancel an order that has not shipped, please send an email with your Order ID to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. If an item has shipped, you will need to contact us for a Return Authorization once received. Please call 1-877-251-6078 with any questions. Please insure your return shipment because you are responsible for it until we receive it back in good condition. Please include all original contents and packaging, along with a copy of the original Invoice/Packslip with the RA #. Please do not write directly on the box. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges with insurance and any original shipping and insurance charges that were incurred by Dave Phillips Music & Sound Any orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to all associated shipping costs including the shipping costs for the product(s) to be returned to Dave Phillips Music & Sound. A handling fee may also be charged for orders that have been processed and shipped, and then refused at time of delivery. If the item you purchased meets the Return Policy requirements, please contact Dave Phillips Music & Sound at email@example.com or by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-877-251-6078. A return authorization number must accompany all returns. Please include your name, Order ID number, product, and reason for return, date of purchase and phone number on all correspondence. You will also need to indicate whether the return is for a refund, exchange or replacement item. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for the return.
We will notify you by e-mail once the returned item has been processed. You can expect a refund within 1-3 business days of return and in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. There will not be any restocking fees as long as the item meets the requirements of our Return Policy and is returned in factory fresh condition. If the product has been registered with the manufacturer, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the purchase amount.
If you do not receive your merchandise
If you do not receive your package and/or receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping company immediately and our toll-free Customer Service Department at 1-877-251-6078. You can also cancel unshipped items by calling Customer Service or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items that may not qualify for a refund include items returned in an un-sellable condition, items with missing parts, items that have been altered and/or modified, items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
Any used gear (items with signs of wear and tear), Software (this may also include hardware that includes software), Sound Cards, Expansion Boards, DVD/DVD-ROM's that have been opened or no longer in shrink wrap, Microphones, USB and Firewire audio or MIDI interfaces will incur a restocking fee, Printed music (sheet music and books), Headphones, Cables (instrument, snake, mic, speaker, digital, MIDI, studio, adaptors), DJ and Stage Lighting Equipment, harmonicas, reeds, recorders, mouthpieces, Electronic/acoustic drum sets and any percussion instruments with scuffs/markings from being struck are non-returnable, Products with any scratches/markings from installation of rack mounts may incur a restocking fee, Accessories (ear pieces, open strings, drumsticks, drum heads, cymbals, tubes, pick-ups), Gift Certificates are not refundable, Speaker Components/Drivers/Tweeters
