Please inspect all contents in package and contact us within 10 days of receipt if an item is defective, damaged or missing from your shipment. We will pay shipping charges on the return for a new replacement of any item that is a result of our error or deemed defective by manufacturer tech support. The replacement product will ship as soon as it is available by the same shipping service that was selected for the original purchase. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return an item for a refund. Products must be returned with all original contents, including any and all manuals, warranty cards and outer packaging. If a refund is requested, please obtain a Return Authorization for instructions to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for freight and insurance on returned items that are tested to be in normal working condition.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not shipped, please send an email with your Order ID to Customer Service with your request. If an item has shipped, you will need to contact us for a Return Authorization once received. Please call 1-877-251-6078 with any questions. Please insure your return shipment because you are responsible for it until we receive it back in good condition. Please include all original contents and packaging, along with a copy of the original Invoice/Packing slip with the RA #. Please do not write directly on the box. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges with insurance and any original shipping and insurance charges that were incurred by Dave Phillips Music & Sound
Any orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to all associated shipping costs including the shipping costs for the product(s) to be returned to Dave Phillips Music & Sound. A handling fee of 20% up to $25 will be charged for orders that have been processed and shipped, and then refused at time of delivery.
If the item you purchased meets the Return Policy requirements, please contact Dave Phillips Music & Sound by email or by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-877-251-6078. A return authorization number must accompany all returns. Please include your name, Order ID number, product, and reason for return, date of purchase and phone number on all correspondence. You will also need to indicate whether the return is for a refund, exchange or replacement item. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for the return.
We will notify you by e-mail once the returned item has been processed. You can expect a refund within 7-14 business days of return and in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
There will not be any restocking fees as long as the item meets the requirements of our Return Policy and is returned in factory fresh condition. If the product has been registered with the manufacturer, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the purchase amount. All Special Order items will also be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned.
If you do not receive your merchandise
If you do not receive your package and/or receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping company immediately and our toll-free Customer Service Department at 1-877-251-6078. You can also cancel unshipped items by calling Customer Service.
Items that may not qualify for a refund include items returned in an un-sellable condition, items with missing parts, items that have been altered and/or modified, items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
